I've just been sent the official press release -

This certainly doesn't warrant two discs IMO and looks as if it drops the TV scenes from the US release. I hope this is incorrect as I was hoping the features were going to be the same as the US

The only images in the Press Release were the same as we already have now. No images of the back or inside

This is my all time favourite Carpenter movie just in front of 'The Thing', I've already got the UK amaray but the new transfer has sold me, just a little skeptical about the artwork.

I was thinking more of a full gloss with a lenticular magnet that changes from the pumpkin to Myers over the embossed title and pumpkin!!!! (Like the MM German designs)

Imo the best possible way to do this steel would be an Arrow/MoC type finish with no embossing or debossing, just quality steel

It is excellent. I viewed the us digibook the other night and was very impressed. Still enjoy the film over repeat viewings.

I made a Halloween Blu-ray Steelbook last year, and your description is how I made it:
