I see that it's UHD and BD disc but no description about it if HT 2 is on BD.

I don't think anyone knows for sure, but I'd say it's probably HT on both. Universal appear to have the rights in Italy, but another studio currently has a 1080p blu-ray in circulation in the UK, hence including HT2 instead.
