it looks like the rest of the steelbook is faded around the sticker mark, which is strange as the sticker was on the outside of the wrapping, try a bit of car paint polish it might bring up the rest of the steelbook

i dont think they will change their policy...but once you reach 30 posts you can participate in group buys of FS steels, plus you will be able to trade with people from canada
