Good effort guys. Can I make one suggestion though. How about you provide a link to the relevant forum page for each Steelbook on the shop site so that the purchaser can easily locate information on the treatment and can see live pictures etc? Good idea yea?
We only list items that we have a decent or large amount of stock
For items we have small qty of we either throw on the official eBay account or host giveaways
Pretty exciting stuff…hoping one day you guys can get a deal going with the postal companies like the retailers do so that shipping doesn't cost the customer the literal price of shipping one item if that makes sense. Though I do realise this will take a lot of time and growth. I think until that happens, I won't be able to afford to spend money.
Good job though, guys! I'm sure many people here aren't put off by those shipping prices at all, especially those happy to participate in group buys with the same costs.

That is extremely hard. And I don't really see that happen with the HDN store, I think they've made it to support the community and sell HDN exclusive stuff, most steelbook buyers will just go to Amazon, eBay or Zavvi/Best Buy etc.
It only gets interesting when you are Amazon.
In the Netherlands, if you send 10,000 things year, you will get 1% discount.
You'll get 5% discount (highest possible discount) when you send 100,000 or more per year.
In 2012, Amazon sold 306 items per second - +/- 450,000 per day. That's the main reason they offer cheap/free shipping worldwide

There's been plenty of orders that charged shipping higher than needed. When the orders ship a refund adjustment is processed. FYI
