So, I pre-ordered this steelbook around 2 weeks ago from Sainsburys @ the great price of £9.99p. 2 weeks later, they still haven't processed my order. So I sent them a polite email just to ask if there was a problem and 3 days later I got a reply from them.
They said there had been a delay due to the Christmas period and unfortunately I wouldn't get it in time before then. I wasn't too pleased, but nothing more then that. As I was about to delete that email I read further down and noticed an e-voucher code. They had given me a £5 voucher for the trouble! I thought to myself "that's kind of them"... then they sent me another one!
Anyway, 2 days later (today) I get yet ANOTHER email from them saying "We are still working hard to get your item to you... We know our service hasn't been up to scratch... therefore, if we do manage to get it for you, we will refund the full cost within 12 days. We're also going to send you a £15 gift card to use at any Sainsbury's store. This replaces the £5 e-voucher you received..."
All this for a delayed 'Heat' steelbook (@ £10) that I was more than happy to wait for in the first place?! I am definitely using them again!!!
