You don´t wanna know how much they take on other taxes here

But the Nightcrawler came also from Korea (galaxy store eBay), marked as gift as well, but much lower price on the label, and it was duty free, damn you kimchi!

Strange you still had to pay Customs, because it was marked as "Gift". Gift goes up to 45 euro tax free.

Next just time mark it as 20,99 euro. Everything below 22 euro is safe.

Thanks for info. It is strange, and I only had to pay tax from Kimchi orders, that´s even stranger, did you order something from Kimchi lately?

I don't trust gift either. I had a steel from Korea just above the threshold for customs but marked as gift so I though I be safe. But still got stung anyway.

Customs authorities in Europe now rarely believe you are getting a "gift" from a company.

I've never done that because I know customs won't believe it

Merch at $19.99 but the last year since brexit started I've asked companies to mark at $18

Yes both times ordered from Kimchi I let it labeled as a gift. Next time I do it as merch. Orders from HDzeta and Nova were labeled always as a merch with value 20 or 16 USD and never paid tax.
