Hellboy 2 Universal 100th Anniversary Media Markt Exclusive

I have received conformation from one of our members here that the steelbooks pictured on the inside of this wave should ALL be available from Media Markt stores and are indeed part of the January 19th, 2012 wave.

This is one of those steelbooks.

In the short term, and for reference, here's a picture from Masterblaster of the inside of Smokin' Aces.

For me,I think it's best looking steel from this wave though.
Wanted/Death race cover art just like the G1 size.

I was holding it in my hands in MM last night and I couldn't bring myself to buy it. I mean, the Reel Heroes edition is still available there as well (they had like 10 copies left) and even though this one looks nice, I just left it there. The first MM excvlusive H2 one is still the one to get

For me this looks much better than the Reel Heroes version...

Agree, the only better one is the german debossed.
The Reel Heroes version can't compete with this

No doubt about it guys... The Hellboy 2 Steelie to get is the first debossed one from MM. Its so nice I think it might even be the nicest steel book in my collection. These after release just can't compete with it imo. Even for Hellboy 1 the the first release from Germany is such a beauty.

Hellboy I is a very nice SB, this new HB II may even compliment it better the the original HB II release

I dunno... I have both original release HB's sitting together on display and I haven't seen a newer HB release to date that would look better beside each other. But this one is definitely my second favourite HB2 steelie for sure.

i all ready have the french edition, it's really nice...today i got the MM at e bay for 38 pounds with shipping, even when a have seen the pix and all, i need to have in hand to see why all of you love it, but i like this one too, i don't know if a should have it...i like the close up for hellboy face, i think is so cool...
