The box looks great! Unfortunately, after the experience with the damaged Bruce Lee box and a simultaneous second order that never arrived, I have lost trust in the Arrow Store. The support was also not that good. So my question would be: Will the store change their packaging after the experience with the BL box, or will the disaster repeat itself? ;-)

They won't, they blocked me on twitter for mentioning it, I noticed they blocked others as well who mentioned it!
Until they publicly adress this issue you can be sure they won't make any changes.
Blocking people for mentioning it on social media, refusing to adress this problem = no changes to packaging

Wow, that sounds really terrible! How unsympathetic! They also couldn't or wouldn't help me with the return shipping costs. Out of laziness, I have now decided to keep the box, but they have not yet credited me with the promised 20% discount (although they initially offered me 10%, then 20%, and then 10% again). Sad times for collectors. Unfortunately, I also receive more and more packages from Amazon with damaged contents...

If you can see arrow video tweets you not blocked

If you was blocked you would see a message telling you this

So the art is different not just on the slipcase, but the inner box and the book too.
Although the book is turned around, so maybe both arts are present on it...

I bet the book is 100% same, with Pinhead on its front page. I'm just wondering is the content identical to Damnation Games (with Bloodline pages added), or something entirely new.

I think you're right, they won't learn their lesson. : (

I just asked the support of Arrow Video:

To what extent have you taken responsibility for the packaging disaster with this box (Bruce Lee Golden Harvest) and will you adjust your packaging in the future? I am considering pre-ordering the exclusive limited 4k Hellraiser box, but I would only do so if you, as the seller, make an effort to package the product in a way that it arrives undamaged.

…and the pleasantly surprising response was:

I am sorry for the inconvenience that this may have caused. We have confirmed with the Warehouse Team that this will not happen again. There will be a premium packaging of the products.

That sounds promising. I'm excited to see it :)
