Now that I have some time to analyze the art, and read the thread... Yes, see now that copies will be dispersed evenly over time, that's awesome!
Anyone notice the 'censoring' done to my post above? :cautious: Cannot call things by their real name. History will prove me right, will make the blind see.

Do like them all, so that means whichever I'm able to buy will be fine.
But it's not such a favorite movie, as to buy all 3, even if they all had different booklets and cards, like Filmarena does, and not just the slips.
They're all Full Slips, so more sense would be shortening them to FS, LFS and DLFS.
So going by my own acronyms against all the settled and familiar ones, as someone arrogant like me would:
FS does match the steelbook itself, but then I wouldn't really want just the main character's melancholic head in various poses. Plus the back is kind of empty. Wish the front of FS was on the steelbook, though, much better!

Liked the DLFS at first glance, and I do prefer transitional lentis, but the character doesn't have a physical body, she's not a replicant... yet (BTW, so many BR steels and no one put Rachael front and center anywhere), plus it contrasts too much with the rest of the art in its blue form, and there's plenty of pinkish hue there in its other form. It is very nice looking on its own, though.

This leads me to LFS, which has the colors I prefer, and the moody look of a city, plus it's the least mentioned and liked here, so of course that one has to be my favorite. :wacky:

That's what I thought too! A little unfortunate window split there.

Hit too close to home?
Not quite sure what you are referring to but I found the movie pretentious and boring as hell and in resides in a very small bucket of ‘I can’t see what people would like about it’
Even Twilight (which is a far worse film) I can at least understand why people would like it but not this garbage.

5+ hours passed, about 1 more to go before the next batch.
Gona go eat some condensed milk with crackers and tea, while waiting...

I wonder if this will sell within 2 minutes on direct order?

It was an offensive joke, meant maybe you're also a lonely geek, that likes virtual companions and characters, like some of us here are, and it was too realistically painful to watch, that's why you think you didn't like it.

I don't like plenty of movies others do, but they're usually popular ones. Not a niche off-beat sci-fi dramedy, that is for a very particular audience, so not surprising there's someone, who didn't like it. But hating it, and calling it garbage is strange.
I was going to ask whether you liked this, or that, but there isn't really any other film like this.

I’ve been collecting for a long time but have a super newb question. Are the 600 one-clicks part of the 1000 run for each of the three versions?

Basically will there be 3600 or 3000 steelbooks produced?

OC's contain singles so it's like:
200 FS + 200 SL + 200 DL
Therefore you gotta add:
800 + 800 + 800
Resulting in 3000 in total.

There will be 4800 steelbooks, 1800 in 600 one-clicks, and 3000 separately.

I'm not the mod who edited your post but I'll reply none the less as I've edited a few past ones of yours with similar content just last week.

When you post about topics that simply don't belong on this forum, be it because of their nature or misleading etc... you're asking for your posts to be edited.

You're smart enough to know which topics belong on a pop culture forum and which don't and could cause trouble.

Ahh thanks! Completely got my math wrong! Thanks for that.

So the OC will only be numbered on the OC box while the FS , SL, and DL won’t be numbered? Because you can’t mix the numbering for the OC and single versions right?

The number of Steelbooks required to make the Boxset are always part of the print run altogether;)

600 Boxset = 1800 Steelbook needed
Fullslip 1000
SL 1000
DL 1000
—————
Total print run 4800 Steelbooks

Ahh idiot me. So it’s 600 x 3 for the OC.

lol, hilarious reading :rofl::hilarious:

Total print run 3000.

OC 600x = 1800 Steelbooks
Each slip 1000.
400 of each slip sold separately.

A lot of people here seem to be liking the FS but I don’t know. I feel like I’m looking up Joaquin Phoenix’s nose. His ‘stache in the movie is fantastic, though

No, the individual Editions within the Boxset will each be numbered as the Boxset print run

Boxset numbered 1-600 (Boxset and all 3 individual Fullslip/SL/DL numbered 1-600)

Each individual editions will be numbered as is;

FS numbered 1-1000
SL numbered 1-1000
DL numbered 1-1000

I assumed this would be the way it worked otherwise if you had 1000 singles of each extra you’d end up with double numbering of editions 1-600.

Unless that’s a thing?

Exactly. Manta has same numbering sticker for all slips, those in OC are numbered 0-600, the rest is 601-1000. Hard math lol actarus
