Having a difficult time searching for items in your collection?

Has the browse got you down?

Well, have no fear, the all new NINJA View is here.

You can now do both in one section.

Filter on multiple categories. Use the country to narrow down your selection -as I have selected Canada and then chosen Warner to narrow down all the items available from Warner Bros. Canada.

Search on a key word string to find all possible matches (and filter if you want on a broader search).

Click on any title to "zoom" in to see more information - including artwork, release details, and then add the item to your collection or wishlist.

Ready to check it out? Want to know how? Simple - it's already active and ready for your use. If you can't see the new options in the find section (find / browse / ninja view), please clear your internet browser cache and reload the collection manager.

Andy, you are awesome. Only word for it. This is absolutely brilliant. Went to add a title this morning and saw the Ninja View option, top right; thought "Hm, what's this ?", so clicked it, and blown away.

Awesome work Andy, it makes it so much easier to search for a title now. Very nice how things are all selective.

It just goes to show guys, even though we might not always reply to posts, we are watching and reading.

There's some animation parts of it that I think are very neat - and the most powerful part of the interface is that you can add filters upon filters to narrow down your search.

For members that are curious about any edition that might not be in their collection, I hope it gives them a new way to answer those questions.

All of it is integrated, just like the search or browse feature with the forum, so if there are any questions about a release, it is directly linked to that discussion thread.

As a sneak peek - of upcoming work - we're also working on a way to integrate the lists we have here on the forum of questions that often pop up - no real date on when this will be available as it's a manual process to get it working in the database.

But in the future, you will also be able to filter on the following in this view.

For example.

Show me all the embossed steelbooks from Germany.
Show me all the stickerbooks.
Show me all the stickerbooks from France.
Show me all the G1 sized steelbooks from the USA.

etc.

Having said that, we are still in the midst of an effort to acquire scans of any of the items we are currently missing. If anyone has the ability to scan some of these releases that are not yet showing artwork in the database, feel free to contact myself or post here in this thread.

Help with this item is extremely appreciated. I hope you all enjoy the new feature and remember that we're always working behind the scenes to better the user experience on this forum.
