Everything Blu Facebook

Release Schedule (SUBJECT TO APPROVALS!) - We would like to let you know our direction over the next few releases and as stated above, these are subject to approvals. We are taking on board suggestions of movies without steelbook releases but we need some sort of foot in the market before doing so. However, some of those titles have already been brought up in a meeting today, so hopefully we can progress further with those soon.

This schedule is planned to have full Exclusive SteelBook designs (Not just flipped artwork exclusivity). All would feature the same setup as Shaun of the Dead; Full Slip, Lenticular & Blu Box.

Casino EE 002
Hot Fuzz EE 003
Oblivion EE 004
The Worlds End 005

Thank you to everyone supporting us, please let us know you thoughts on the titles above!!

Can they just follow the color palette of the steelbook on their slips? I mean those light blue sky is really off-putting, is there still a time for them to change?? Sotd release is actually very good as far as designs are concerned.. Waiting for a year for this release I'm hoping they could have done or prepared better..
Could shoot them an email or Facebook comment about it maybe they can change before production?? Probably too late though

These slip designs are shockingly bad... surprised they just went ahead with them without getting feedback from collectors first (like they did with the steelbook).

Aren’t EB’s release bootleg aswell? It must be with designs like that.

Nah, they do things legitimately as far as I know... I remember them commenting on the struggles they had with acquiring the rights to do certain films and/or use certain artwork.

so... no one-click blubox for this release?

the SOTD blubox was the best part of that release, superb embossing and detail. with that and awesome The Mummy boxset, looked like embossed slips were everythingBlu's best work. Scott Pilgrim's treatment was good, too.

i'm with the above on the general dislike of the blue sky options currently. any idea if they are going to release a blubox for this release? cos, if not, seems very odd if they want people to collect the trilogy to not, you know, release the same options each time...

Trust me, i wouldnt waste anytime messaging them on FB. These guys dont know how to treat their customers and they dont listen to feedback. If you look at some of the FB comments and their reply, you will see what i mean.

There will be a box set like that came with Shaun of the dead with both editions Full Slip and Lenticular but I not seen any details yet

Box set of both hard box editions is the Blu Box
In hand photos of the Blu Box expected to be shown at some stage today

Just got a email for the blu box. That looks decent and matches Shaun but I’ve noticed the price hike already since Shaun
