This particular thread is to showcase new and recent additions to your collection and showcasing your entire collection.

In order to allow for smooth scrolling and loading, on multiple types of devices, we're asking our community to work with us to do the following:

Yes!!!! Got Zavvi's Annihilation steelbook....and some other things which were on my to get list....

Taking a short break from Zavvi exclusives and borrowing the Monty Python catchphrase "and now for something completely different" - OK, not "completely different" as still steelbook related - in this case UK steelbook-spines-without-titles related - a topic probably more controvertial than minimalist or Pop Art for steelbook covers.
Taking a random group of UK steelbooks where titles are absent . . . where the brief is presumably to make WWA steelbooks more attractive to a mass (non-English speaking) audience and save on the cost of translating and printing spine titles in multiple language . . . the evidence however strongly suggests a clear preference for titles, even in English, rather than images and the latest poll last week from another forum clearly shows where the votes are:-

- Film title, even in English, (93%, 359 Votes) vs. Thumbnail images of the cast (7%, 26 Votes)Total Voters: 385.

The first titleless spine I saw - thinking it may have been THE HUNGER GAMES: MOCKINGJAY PART 1- I thought it has just got to be a manufacturing error especially when it was printed properly on PART 2 . . . but then it happened again and again and again:-
