Before we get back into the classics, I've been really looking forward to the Best Buy exclusive US release of the Total Recall steelbook featuring the beautiful artwork of Kyle Lambert.

Let's take a look at the steelbook fully dressed with the plastic slipcase which contains almost all the text:

The back is what you would expect although it has different art and layout than the back of the insert of the regular release:

Now we get to the good stuff, removing the slipcase, the steelbook has a beautiful satin finish and is textless allowing the art to stand on its own:

The steelbook features wraparound art so what can be done with the spine is limited. It looks fine although the top part is really empty:

Now, in all its wraparound textless glory:

The inside seems like a wasted opportunity. Not that it's bad, but it's boring and it's just more Mars, which we have a lot of on the steelbook itself:

This is a beautiful release honoring a classic action movie and a fine way to close out the year. It's all the sweeter that it's another textless steelbook featuring wraparound art.

I also appreciate Best Buy finally letting me complete my Steelbook With No Name trilogy:

That looks great  but my OCD wants to move the left shelf more to the left.
Thanks! Unfortunately the outlet is to the left of that shelf so it would be blocked. And the light switch is to the left of the right shelf. But I agree

... I wanna wash those clothers, and and and ... :naughty:
Lol, those have already been taken care of. The laundry’s running right now if you wanna come fold...
