This particular thread is to showcase new and recent additions to your collection and showcasing your entire collection.

In order to allow for smooth scrolling and loading, on multiple types of devices, we're asking our community to work with us to do the following:
1. Please try and resize your pictures prior to posting them as it helps the loading times for you and your fellow collectors.
2. You might want to consider posting your pics in the dedicated media section found HERE where you will be able to take advantage of the amount of filters, resizing, and other features if you use that interface.
3. Please use spoiler tags when posting more than one picture of the same steelbook.
4. If you receive more than one steelbook, please take a group shot, not a picture from every single steel.
5. If you receive more than a single copy of one steel, post pictures of a SINGLE copy please. If they are for a group buy, then those pictures should be posted in the group buy thread and NOT in this thread.
6. If you wish to show multiple steelbooks from different angles, please use spoiler tags.

I was just looking back through some of the early posts in this thread and found this one from justintime which made me smile and just about sums up the addictiveness of this hobby

First step is the denial...

Nice pile of steelies you got yourself there :D
Cant see me ever hitting over 100, keep looking at them and seeing $$ signs:naughty:

Justin now has over 500 steelies :p

Hey Oxford, congrats on these 2. I hope they're the grails that you spoke of in another post. If these are your grails, then you have chosen extremely wisely. We are all living in a really good time, where the very beginnings of the steelbook collecting hobby is just starting up. Think of it as living back in the 1940's, where one can easily purchase an action comics #1 for next to nothing. I for one don't want any regrets years down the road. Thinking back that I was there, I could of had this or that grail, but now its much too late. So good on you to get your grails. I have a feeling that you will not regret your decision years down the road.

So for everyone on here - don't buy anything from ebay seller "aresnalforthedouble"! He's a total scum bag and sends his steels in jiffy bags alone

I had a similar incident the other week with an ebay seller so I feel your pain.

Congrats to all for the fine pick ups you've got lately.

My most recent haul :D

The star trek steelie is damaged on the back though :( So for everyone on here - don't buy anything from ebay seller "aresnalforthedouble"! He's a total scum bag and sends his steels in jiffy bags alone

I'd file a claim. How much did you pay for ST?

If I bid on any SB on Ebay, I always ask the seller how they plan to send the item. If I don't hear from them, I don't bid. That simple.

What really annoys me is when they charge more than the £2.25 they are allowed to for postage and then send it in a jiffy bag/cardboard box with no bubble wrap/protection.

It might be helpful for everyone here if we have a Ebay seller name and shame list as a sticky to prevent others going through this.

Paid £40 in the end! He only had 75% feedback which I stupidly didn't check until after paying him! He's got 60% now though :naughty: Do you think there's much chance of me getting any cash back? He doesn't seem to really give a crap about after sales!

Sound advice matey, shall defo be doing that in the future!

I'm all up for that as long as arsenalforthedouble can go number 1!! :hilarious:

Just returned back from my HK trip... quite a few grabs which I will show in the next few days.

This is the most difficult to get SB in HK in 2012. Only 200 copies issued.
