How Many SteelBooks Do You Own? Post pics of collection / last acquired!

This particular thread is to showcase new and recent additions to your collection and showcasing your entire collection.

In order to allow for smooth scrolling and loading, on multiple types of devices, we're asking our community to work with us to do the following:

Green Hornet

I´m not happy with Green Hornet, so much damage. I´ve contacted with the eBay seller, he claimed it´s was in a good condition with a little bit scratches.

Picked up this one from a local Media Market for selling on eBay.

Green Hornet

I´m not happy with Green Hornet, so much damage. I´ve contacted with the eBay seller, he claimed it´s was in a good condition with a little bit scratches.

Oh what is in the Fast and Furious steelbook! Very beautiful!
The Green Hornet was one of them for me, and we sold copies is almost one to one.
Stuck in the information sheet of paper and shreds it remained.
Cotton wool with warm water and washed down with alcohol, came off pretty well.

I´ve checked, it´s not paper but very big scratches. I´m in negotiate with the eBay seller. It will be shipped back or 50% of price i´ve paid back.

What a missed opportunity those were. Great titles, but they look rather dull and the lack of inside art and printed back really let them down. I think i'm going to hold out for UK releases assuming there will be another Fox wave at some point.

Yeah I agree. What a FAIL!! Even the paint work looks faded by the sun or something. Like they've been sitting in a shop window for years!

They do nothing for me. Very disappointing.

Alien and Aliens are quite good when in hand. I received T3 and Hellboy 2 comicbook heros (or whatever) bot german neither as good as Alien/s. AVP pictured above is, on the other hand, the worst steelbook of all time IMO.

Yes the colours look really washed out. Compare these to the UK waves which are actually good quality Steelbooks and it's easy to see why those are so popular. I prefer glossy finishes which was the only disappoint of the UK Fox wave for me.

On an unrelated note, I really wish people would not quote pictures. You have to scroll through a handful of pictures just to see a one or two line comment

I do not know how to put pictures to be added to the code, I took pictures of my own, which is exactly looked like. Now I do not like that.
But I also remember the heart soared when I saw that look, especially now that it was a replacement copy.
Xpress ,,the topic in your collection you BD" recommended this method anyway.

Paramount are the king of Steelbooks for me at the minute!

I was one of the few who were even impressed with the new Shooter and Saving Pvt Ryan. Very nice
