How Many SteelBooks Do You Own? Post pics of collection / last acquired!

This particular thread is to showcase new and recent additions to your collection and showcasing your entire collection.

In order to allow for smooth scrolling and loading, on multiple types of devices, we're asking our community to work with us to do the following:

1. Please try and resize your pictures prior to posting them as it helps the loading times for you and your fellow collectors.

3. Please use spoiler tags when posting more than one picture of the same steelbook.
4. If you receive more than one steelbook, please take a group shot, not a picture from every single steel.

a bittersweet day, managed to get hold of 2 i have been after for a while, one sealed the other 'as new' only for them to arrive....

Serenity, well boxed, sealed, mint and happy...




and Drive 'like new' in an envelope, with a bit of bubble wrap and like this...




am i being ocd or is this not acceptable? Drive cost me £32 with no j card, in this condition how would you pay? or should i just open a case with ebay and get my cash back?

Well that is definitely NOT in "Like New" condition, too bad that is a sweet looking steel.

I'm not OCD by any means, but that's definitely NOT as new. 'Some wear and tear/scuff marks AT THE VERY LEAST!!! And a big ding to boot!

As Asopp pointed out, this is not "like new" condition which usually implies it's mint but no shrink wrap. If I were you, I'd contact the seller first before opening a case and see what he says (that's what eBay's customer support will advise you anyway). If he doesn't cooperate and you guys are unable to find a solution, then yes it's best to open a case with eBay. Good luck!

It's a shame, guy seemed very helpful, but ebay add was stock picture and guy had zero feedback

I'd be complaining to the seller as well. It's possible that they're not a collector and just one of those people who happened to buy the steelbook when in HMV, so he wouldn't necessarily know that writing "as new" is not acceptable when it's scratched and dented...
