This is a really nice steel, but holy hell I've never seen a finish so prone to scratching!
I put it in a steelshell to carry it to work to scan it, and I'll be damned if it's not covered in scratches near the edge now...

I put it in a steelshell to carry it to work to scan it, and I'll be damned if it's not covered in scratches near the edge now...

@urbeenjammin reported the same thing a while back. I'm really torn now because of that. I want to open it and watch it, then keep it all in the slip, within a shell, but I also don't want a scratched to buggery steel.
