Interesting - I couldn't see it from the e-bay US site, but could see it from ebay.ca

Looks like he ships to the US, so maybe e-bay hasn't updated their catalog yet...

Pretty much.

It is at such a high value now that it is tough to list it on the forum for those kind of prices and still feel like a decent person and not look totally greedy. It comesdown to the whole supply and demand thing.

I think the value for it right now is crazy, but if I had one to sell, I would be drawn to eBay to get those prices as well

The seller might have not included the US in the shipping options. If you donot do that it will not appear on eBay.com, regardless of what you write in the listing

No. I really hated this film so I decided to pass.

Shanester, yeah original had blue banner, re-release didn't. For hardcore collectors the 1st, and original release, reigns supreme

I have the second release now. I did have the first but it developed legs and took a walk while I was in the hospital a couple years ago.

I have the 2nd release... Wasn't aware of steelbooks for the 1st one.

That said, I much prefer the 2nd release since it removes the ugly blue banner.
