The UK Amaray release is region-free (despite having only "B" on the back cover); I think it's extremely likely that this release has the same disc (disc ID: 5C566411FA4D7407 [IROBOT_F1]).

To be honest, they are usually terrible . You'll usually have to wait a while for a reply, and expect to have to send photos before they'll process a replacement.

Luckily I had a completely different experience a month ago. Received a bent steelbook, filled out the form on their web site to get the RA#, received email back in a day or two.

Just an "I am sorry to hear this has happened" and return instructions. Absolutely no question of photos or anything like that.

The replacement arrived in a reasonable time, this time in one of their new boxes offering considerably better protection than the cardboard envelopes.

Mine has arrived with a couple of scratches. The seal isn't scratched so it looks like a manufacturing fault rather than something that has happened during dispatch. Going back once I get my returns number.

I mentioned over on BR forum that I had the same problem. I've ordered another copy, and will send the damaged one back. I could live with a minor scratch, but when you have four or five large scratches, then that is just unacceptable

I know what you mean. These are right through the artwork and you can see the metal underneath. A slight hairline one I could live with but not these.

In the rush to get all these steelbooks out, the quality has most definitely gone down. Still, it could have been Finding Nemo or Commando

Doesn't leave any room for crush during transit.
