You need to search for Battle Royale Complete Collection (not digibook) - at least 6 buy it now sellers to UK so imagine even more in US.

It was still available on amazon.de until a few weeks ago for 38 Euros (open/mint), sealed onjes are going for 80 Euros + for months already
I settled for the open mint one myself - does yours have to be sealed?
