This thread is for people to help others locate Steelbooks they're looking for. No trades or items you 'have'.

Please use the following format below:

  1. What steelbook you're looking for + country it was released.
  2. If it should be sealed or unsealed.
  3. What condition it should be in! (Mint = meaning no dings, dents, scratches, paint chips, rips to wrapping, loose discs etc)
  4. If you wish to trade for the item - post a url link to your trade thread. (create a thread if you don't have one!)
  5. Or if you wish to buy a copy + your budget price

Example:

  1. Wizard of Oz CA Steelbook
  2. Unsealed (plan to watch it)
  3. Mint but mainly no scratches
  4. I prefer TRADE otherwise willing to pay cash (£20?).

If you think you can help the finder please keep discussion in this thread to examples as follows:

"The steelbook is located on ebay at"
"ninjaname is selling/trading one in his thread" (With url link)
"PM sent"

What NOT to post: "The Wizard of Oz :)" or "I have a copy of steelbook x for y price". Private message this information to the requesting party or post a Steelbook 'want' thread in Steelbook Trading area, so that both buyer and seller are protected.

Thank you and good luck to everyone in their search.

Still looking for Target exclusive Dark Knight Returns steel....can be open and NOT mint! Just missed out on it at my local stores and they are out now. Thanks!

Have you tried using the Find In a Store feature on Target.com? Go to the item page here and find which store around you still carry this and call them up to hold a copy for you to pick up. Good luck!

I've noticed in the last few weeks or so ppl are always posting "for really cheap" or "not eBay prices" or "at cost"

If you missed out on something on release, you won't get it for cost if it's an older release. Respect the values and trade or pay for it. It starts with ppl low balling for steals and wanting a "crazy deal" that is driving the values down.

I do agree with you about people wanting rare steels at cost is stupid but its funny how people dont want ebay prices, ebay auction prices are great at the moment for lots of steels, loads of bargains out there at the moment with plenty of steels going under or around retail, look at iron man 3 taiwan selling under retail on auction more than once for around £25 incuding postage and in my opinion its one of the more desirable movies of late, obviously theres a few of the more popular rarer steels that go above retail if there oop so yes people should expect to pay a bit more for them, why would you sell something at cost when you can sell/trade it for double or more, but in general most steels these days can be picked up cheap on ebay auctions if you look even kimchi and blufans steels are struggling on ebay, and there suposed to be premium releases. Ive now canceled most of my pre orders as i can get them after release cheaper on ebay.

Totally agree with you guys. There's definitely bargains to be had on E-bay right now.

Just yesterday I managed to get a new sealed copy of Rio 3D MM Lenticular for £15. I couldn't believe it. EEK!

I'm still waiting for the seller to cancel the transaction!!

I think my statement didn't come up right. I will help any ninja picking something up from Germany at cost. But of course I would not sell a rare sold out steel at the original retailer price.

Yeah I have...the problem with that is that I think they have the same SKU number, because it will state that it is in stock in my three local stores, but it clearly is not. Oh well, I will keep trying! thanks anyway!

Iron Man 1 German MediaMarkt excl. steelbook

Anyone interested to trade his Monsters Inc. FS for Monsters Inc. Kimchi Exclusive Lenticular plus add-on, or anything in my trade list?

The only thing with this is that Target uses the same in store SKU numbers for the standard amaray as they do for the steelbook and it will show in stock at every store.
