dude take a chill pill, this not due for release till the 30th may.
which is not for another 7days it may be they had a few and have sent them early by mistake and then realised and stopped sending them out.
there is no need to lose your rag over it is there if you cant wait 7 days i suggest you stop buying steels altogether as you end up being ill, stressing yourself over it.
as long is sent by release date they have held up there end of the agreement, maybe you have been charged 7 days early but if your cc bill does come usually as most of us about month/month and a half after being charged to your bank. and if is all unaceptable stop buying from zavvi because your starting to sound like tonystark did on here effing and losing your rag, its not a good look

Just checked another listed with a 30th May release - GHOST RIDER 2: SPIRIT OF VENGEANCE - and no dispatches received for that on any forum.

At least I.D. is being sent out now and even if posted as late as Saturday it could still arrive by next Tuesday (no U.K. post this Monday - release day - as we know - Spring Bank Holiday)

I havent been charged yet, but not everyones ships on the same day. They have many orders to work through.

That's right - they don't process them all on the same day. Previous orders I've had have been processed later that other people's on here. I'm not sure how they prioritise (assuming they've got some system of prioritisation, but knowing Zavvi it's more likely to be just random and therefore pot luck).

What's more frustrating is if you get a damaged copy and return it for a replacement whilst it's showing as being in stock, but by the time they receive it, they say "oh, sorry, it's out of stock now, so all we can do is refund you". Now that IS annoying...!

In my experience whenever I've pre-ordered within the first hour of it going live I'm usually always sent it with the rest of the people who get it first. With this steelbook I cancelled and re-ordered since I moved address, this time no dispatch but I know I'll get it in the next day or so.

With regards to the damaged steelbook return thing, I've simply re-ordered immediately once I receive a damaged steelbook and return the damaged one for a full refund.

I had same issues with some retailers but what I do instead of waiting for a return/refund, I order while still in stock and I send the damage copy back for a full refund and simply write that I ordered another one because didn't want to take the chance of it going oos and they just refund me. I can provide new order number and it matches with time damaged copy received and never get a problem like this.

I agree it does looks glossy in the video but it might be that it has a varnish finish creating that effect like aliens for example

Oh right thanks for the info. Yeah I used a discount code too but it hasn't been shipped yet . Im not too bothered aslong as it does actually arrive in the end but you just never know with zavvi. If there was an issue they probably wouldn't even let us know haha

Mine's just arrived, too. Much quicker delivery than I was expecting. And I also ordered with a discount code. As I stated in a previous post, it just seems random as to how soon anyone's orders get processed and despatched...

Audio is English, German, Spanish, Two French Tracks, Portuguese, subtitles in all languages including a few that are not on the audio tracks. Disc 1 contains 2 versions of the film, it's all region and the picture quality is a quantum leap on previous versions. It's obvious it's been remastered. Disc two is new bonus material.
