Love it. Will be getting. They should have left off indepndence day and just gone id4 - thought it was pretty obvious what id4 is if you had seem movie

I actually find the ID4 to be the most off-putting thing about this steel. Though in essence, I agree with you: having two different versions of the title on the front cover is silly.

I am only afraid for one thing. Region locking.
UK release of this movie is region locked. So does anyone know whether this will carry same transfer ?
Anyway, I will buy this as well as taxi driver, as I do not own these on BD yet.

One another thing, which is itching me is price tag. With all 2012 play's releases, One thing was outstanding apart from packing, it's price. 9.99 or 10.99.
But anyone else here thinks that price tag of 15.99 is bit costly for single disk-existing transfer steelbooks?
As a collector, I am happy about all these releases, but I truly wish that price could not have been 15.99.

ho is savvi's shipping/packaging?

zavvi has started using similar boxes which were used by play to ship steelbooks for all pre-orders with and after "Roger Rabbit" steelbook.

So packaging has been improved. Though for existing(in stock, not pre-ordered ones) steelbooks, they are still using normal packing. Which is not good. This is just personal experience.

Better details about other members' experiences with zavvi and other details like shipping time, and stuff can be found under retailer section here.

I second that ^ emotion. This really is sexy as all get out.

Now if we can just get the inevitable "anniversary" amaray with all of the missing DVD features we'll be set.

Looks pretty good, but not sure if good enough to replace my German copy - which is horrible in quality, but has the classic cover art that brings back memories. This was the first movie I went to see at the cinema as a kid.

...Who am I kidding, of course I have to get this :D
