er yea... im an OCD collector so loose discs or torn celophane/wrapping means i dont want it ;/

had to pay customs as well...what a kick in the knackers

That's ridiculous though. You'll no doubt tell Amazon that it's damaged and they'll do what they always do and send you a new copy free of charge. It may sound great but in the long term it will increase prices for everyone, so thanks for that :(

yep that's what i plan to do whenever i get a loose disc, make a complaint and hope i get a replacement for free. not every does that.jerk.

Amazon.ca are awesome. There prices arent that high and if ur keeping the sb sealed whats the point? They discounted me and resent and item when it was damaged, they also gave me a full refund! Hats off to them!
 
I wouldn't return an item with a loose disc, however it annoys me when ebay sellers don't state their items have a loose disc.
 
If it's a rare steel I got from ebay I would ask the seller to explain why the disc is loose and no doubt the seller would blame shipping as always. If it was a steel I bought at cost I would just open it anyway as I don't see the point of keeping steelz sealed when you got them for the cheapest price. Might as well live life a bit and see what's inside!
