Finally got my IB SteelBook in from Amazon! However, the bottom left corner appears to be screatched, even though the factory wrapping is intact (see pic below). Is this just part of the SteelBook? To those of you who have this Steel, do you have this mark?
Thanks!

woule be nice if amazon would check items before shipping out for defects or damages.

My copy of Inglourious Basterds has a L shaped dent in the front from being packed too tight with The Wrestler: having those 2 sent together is what gave rise to the customs charge, and then, talk about adding insult to injury, it was a rattler as well !!!!
Only one of the six to have a loose disc. I await Amazon.ca's reply. It better be good.

Unfortunately that happens sometimes as you may know, even after they ship,or via factory. Usually the discs are ok in terms of playability, since Blu-Rays have the coating, but we have a thread where you may be able to get some help fixing this. Not sure if it will help in your case, but perhaps worth a try. Here's the thread

Strangely, I've tried fixing loose disks on open SteelBooks just for practice and have been able to do it, but never on a sealed SB. Go figure.Neither Mr. Snow nor I have the golden touch.Strangely, I've tried fixing loose disks on open SteelBooks just for practice and have been able to do it, but never on a sealed SB. Go figure.
Sorry what I mean is that fixing floaters (that sounds really BAD) is not a problem for me. (If unsealed it's an absolute doddle
) It's definitely a knack though, so far 100% pass rate on about 15 floaters tackled including double discs (Inception DE anyone?)the only one I had I was able to fix it looking a pic of a open one![]()

Good news that it plays on your player!Just got this the other day-I LOVE the debossed title!
