I'm a bit confused on that. Are you saying it will contain a Steelbook as well as the DVD's which will be in a cardboard sleeve ? Or are you talking about 2 separate versions.

Tough choice. If you do not receive the steelbook version and do not want to keep what you get, it would definately be a few $$$ to send the gift set back to France

I preordered 2. The way I see it even if 1 is a steelbook im sure I can sell the other at cost on one of the forums or on eBay. I wish Amazon.fr would get on the same boat everyone else is on.

I guess the real question would be how would you know if you got one with a steelbook versus amaray for those who do plan to order but not open it up ? Are there marking on the outside generally that would indicate as to which is inside it ?

I had a few ordered. But decided to cancel them. Not taking a chance of getting a bunch of copies with no steelbooks. Instead I am buying the German one from Masterblaster. I think ill be much happier this way.
