Hey,

I thought I will open a poll because many users are complaining about missing inside artworks on recent steelbook releases. So we can vote here if it is important or not and maybe some publishers will notice this or a member with good connections can give this to them;)

For me it's nice to have, but really not a dealbreaker. Some of the nicest steels don't have inside art!

The important things are the movie itself and the front/back artwork.

I feel it's important to me as I open all my steelbooks, I think it completes the whole appreciation of a steelbook!! There are some steels with fantastic inside artwork!! What collector who opens their steels can say they aren't disappointed if there is no artwork inside? Not a deal breaker but definatley an important part of the overall package and reason for collecting!!

I would say it's very important. If the Steelbook has the complete package i.e. clean front and back and some inside artwork, I'm willing to pay release price for it. If not, then i'm prepared to wait. For example I don't think Looper UK release is worth £18 so i'm waiting.

Did you buy 'Drive' for retail price?

Very important.
But the inside art is not direct visible, only when you open the steelbook to watch. But it completes the whole steelbook edition and looks much valueable and nicer. Not really must-have but if possible then add it!

The inside is not as important since beautfiul steels like Drive, A Trip to The Moon and the most recent Looper(uk) are still worth owning but it does elevate the steelbook to the WOW! factor when it has some :)

It's nice to have inside artwork but if a steelie comes without it then I'll just do my own with the spine done too - after you'd never be able to tell it never had any.:scat:
