No, the Lottery commission is run by the State, so they are not open today or Monday. So I have to wait until Tuesday to cash it in. And stupid me, apparently I maxed out my credit Card today. I just went to place my order for Who Framed Roger Rabbit, no money left on my account so they can not verify the CC.
