It’s a liitle out of topic, but may be relevant. So it’s 50th anniversary of 2001 Space Odyssey, and Nolan is advising on restoring original 70mm print that will be screened in Cannes this year. Afterwards restored 4k blu ray will be released probably this fall.
Just seems like a perfect opportunity for another 4k premium release from HdZeta!

It'll also be available in select theaters starting May 18 which I'm definitely going to go to!

Watched it in 70mm last summer, so not sure if will go again this summer...depends on how far i will have to go to that selected theater

Follow your gut. I own this in Digibook and have no interest in 4K now, and I very rarely get two editions of one movie. But I’m still considering this because it looks great and the movie definitely deserves a Premium edition in the collection.

Hi @Chokwe, only you can decide but it’s sounds by your comments like you really want it! I’ve heard the 4K version looks excellent so it’s definatly an upgrade. The package itself looks really nice aswell. I think it’s worth going for if you are a fan of the film! Welcome to the forum!

This or settle for UK steel? No brainer mate. Go with HDzeta and get rid of the UK steel

Thanks for the replies - I wouldn't have stayed in my pants if I heard about this release and didn't own it in any physical shape or form in my Nolan collection but now that I do, I need to reconsider my life (LOL) since I'm trying to save money by not gathering every single premium/steelbook release of the Nolan films out there Resisting the urge is hard... We'll see if this proves to be worth the extra cost!
