You just missed out. It happens. Perhaps in the future, consider joining a GB if you're worried that the same thing will happen?

Even though PayPal messed up my address, I managed to order the DL without any problems. As others have stated, for a second or so the button "coming soon" changed to "sold out" first, then to "pre-order". Maybe you didn't refresh again after the first change? But the products certainly were available for pre-order at the given time.

Yeah, it showed "Sold Out" right when it went live, but if you had reloaded, it would've immediately switched to available for pre-order.

Why would you assume it sold out the second it went up? Never in history has that happened that I know of.
