The actual release date is scheduled for September 15, 2015 for the lenti, full slip and 1/4 slip editions.

I believe the box set will be shipping at the end of September. HDN group buy participants have to wait for the invoice, then pay. After that the items will ship.

In the OP of the group buy you will see the payment section. It lists the email address to send the payment to and you know the total amount to be paid already. So you just send the payment to that address.
