Information given by film Arena; Only as Above, So Below Steelbook has 2 different print run, one numbered(first 100 copies) and rest of the copies up to 300 un-numbered. It was confirmed that they did this only for their first Edition. All Future releases Steelbook Numbered will all be numbered there won't be any un-numbere copies. If in the description of the item states numbered, you will get a numbered copy. Once all Numbered copies Sold out, for all numbered steel releases, there won't be any more un-numbered steel available after that.

PS: Not all steelbook releases will be collector edition - Numbered
