Well my order of CA says Payment Completed and IM says Order Submitted
But no email yet, finger crossed that they go trough :ohno: :ohno:

I highly doubt we see a Kimchi exclusive for this one. Korea already had a general release of this, but they did not have the original. I bet they did have some in stock to clear out and gain more subs.
 
They cancelled my Frozen steel lately and I am still waiting for my refund as well as an answer to my E-Mail. Moreover the Frozen steel is available again. All suspicious to me... However, back in my old DVD days I ordered a lot of from Thaicdexpress and never had any problems.

Then we all have to check that our refunds indeed arrive. Seems to take several days (or weeks?). I will definitely avoid Thaicdexpress in the future.

Me too, it was my first and last time.

I ordered both Cap and Iron Man on the same order on Tuesday morning, and have sent several e-mails spaced out over the week to them (via their webstore contact form, and direct e-mail). Not one response, confirmation e-mail for order, or order cancellation confirmation.

How long are you waiting for a refund Michael? And would anyone be able to do me a favour and confirm the e-mail that they responded from? I'd be grateful.

I was aware there was only a very small chance this was actually available, but I wouldn't have taken the risk had I known how bad the service is!

For the Frozen steel more than two weeks now. And no answer to my message yet. I did not contact them about my Iron Man order yet. Still showing as payment completed. I guess I will contact my credit card company in a week or so to get my money back.
