I think that's just the mock up cause we'd see clearly MK V on the spine... actually I'm not even sure that cover is the official artwork? Mostly the official artwork (posters) always show Tony without his helmet... which I preferred him to be helmet on as it'd get along better with IM1, 2 steels up to date...
