Mine was "awaiting shipping" and could not be cancelled. Disappointing on several fronts.

So when we receive it in the mail, do we still sign-for & receive them, or we reject the items? If we dont reject the items upfront, dont we have to bear the cost of returning the items? Great if you can shed some light...

My customer service experiences with JB Hifi have been good so far (touch wood), however I am in Australia. You email JB Hifi with your complaint, (hopefully) get a return authorisation number, then mark the item "return to sender" and once they are received back at the warehouse your refund is administered. I don't know how that will work for international orders however.
Given they are going to get a lot of complaints and returns, I wouldn't be surprised if they turn around and deny returns. I can see them considering it a change of mind...![]()
Still have not gotten a response about cancelling. I know they are slammed with these emails, but my items have not shipped. There is no reason they cannot cancel the orders and stop them from shipping.
If they ship them and do not take the returns back, they will have a much bigger problem then they want to deal with!

Yeh I know right?! I mean I don't think I've even been charged yet so it must be possible!

Me too. All shipped. They are probably hoping some just decide to keep them instead of returning them.

Emailed them 12 hours ago to cancel the order. They had already taken the money out of my PayPal account. Just got emails that they all shipped. The kicker, it is 10 different shipments.

Unfortunately we have only been able to cancel orders #### and #### and the rest of your orders have already been dispatched.
Once an order is sent we cannot cancel it until it is received back in our warehouse.
If you would like to return the item, please reply to this email once it is received, and the relevant return information will be sent.
