The auction stated "no refunds accepted". If the buyer refuse to accept the condition because he stated "no dent" and it has a dent, then the buyer can get a refund right if he files a claim?

When I buy a steelbook it's all about the case I couldn't care less about the disc(s). If someone was stupid enough to buy it for $400 that's all he deserve, the picture shows a barely destroyed steelbook, dented on every corners and scratched all over the whole surface.

now that's an iron man that should be $400... i can't believe that was the buy it now price, i was tempted; i'm guessing the seller could have maybe made more if they just left it at auction. Looks like it's in really good condition.
