Your out of luck there as far as I know its only those who have payment status with receipt of order who have a chance of getting payment completed
These customers got to payment section to complete their order and just as the crash happened causing these payments to not show up as paid even if they were paid or payment stage not finish fully

In writing the order status is when it creates an order number but before you get to click payment options section its sold out and your order does not count I have these on older orders were that happened

Haha I think yesterday was called heat of the moment although I did cancel my Dallas buyers club but only cuz I won't watch that again

Don't question it dude, just pay and then they'll 100% sort you a copy - even if they have to take to from the domestic allowance

It's just possible that Tony is contacting anyone who tried to order, but couldn't, with first refusal on a batch of domestic stock. I had one in the basket and was unable to pay, but I've just noticed that it's listed in my order history as 'receipt of order'. There's nothing to lose, so I've emailed him to see if there's any way to complete the order.
