To me, "Grail" is whatever steelbook I don't have YET. My most coveted steelbook(s) is the one I am kicking myself for NOT buying. Thor Zavvi, Captain America Zavvi, Tangled Zavvi, etc...

I wasn't going to let this KimchiDVD Iron Man slip through my fingers, only to regret it later and spend >3X as much later.

'Grails' are what collectors perceive to be 'Grails'

The FS Iron Man was a run of 10K from what I've heard but other Iron Man SBs are definitely rarer.

I actually have a 1 of a 100 run jumbo SB and what I thought was a 1 of 1 SB (both jumbo SBs) but they are next to worthless but I don't care.

Look at furniture, in the UK old brown furniture is cheap, it used to cost more than new but now doesn't', it costs less than the wood it's made of.

It's what people want at that time - who cares - it's what you like not what it's worth, that's the heart of collectling

I really really really want an OCD Mint New/Sealed IM FS to top off my collection.

Ihave the Play.Com already, got the Kimch fourth & Lenti payment complete, and made the GB for the Blufans Lenti.

BUT, the FS is just too ridiculously expensive for me to justify the cost. Ill be happy with my other editions.

I didn't think I'd got one of these but was then contacted by Kimchi asking me for my paypal details. I responded but then after a number of confusing one line responses I think I'm out of luck. I'd resigned myself to not getting one after the pre order but now slightly miffed after being offered a lifeline and then nothing? Looks like i'll need to concentrate on getting the Blufans version instead.

And that's just the scalpers fighting for cheapest prices so they make profit and can manage signing on the dole for one more week instead of getting an actual job and contributing to society.
