All this bad press coming out of Korea just plays straight into blufans hands.
It looks like the only place for genuine exclusivity on most Steelbooks.
I for one will be looking to them first from now on.
The way people were shafted with the so called limited 1/4 slip rush and now IM, let alone what's happening with the so called Drive exclusive from Nova, leaves a certain stink in the air.
IMO

I don't care with any release what the print run is
It make no difference to me if a release is limited to 100 or 100,000
I also don't care if any steelbook gets a re release

I purchase a steelbook as its a release I want and that's all that matters and if it happens to be limited its not a factor as it will still be in my collection going nowhere

There is lots of releases collectors miss out on so if other retailers gets stock then of a release but just missing some sticker and numbered card its means a collector can still get a steelbook

I did this with Leon steelbook from Korea and was very happy

Yes, but we have to know beforehand, which would save us some money. In case of the Drive Full Slip at least 10 USD for shipping.

I don't think that's the point though. Don't call something "Exclusive" when the only thing exclusive is the sticker. I don't care if they are going to release the same Steelbook with different items, but if they come with the same items as the exclusive, it's not really exclusive.

While technically I agree with you as I buy based on art first over anything else, we both know that at least 60% of the people here buy based in exclusivity first, that being the case many would have passed on this as now it's not quite as exclusive as they would have liked lol.

Well on exclusivity it looks like Blufans has one by a landslide, I'd also say looking at the images now being posted Blufan won on art too! as this just looks as mess with poor overall colour palette, but will make final judgement on that when I see some much better quality pics.

Ya IDK I don't really like the art on the Blufans one, I mean it's everyone own preference. But I like this one's art better, though I wish it was bossed.
Lets wait and see once we receive them mate but I just feel Blufans will be better and we can expect that from them with the quality they deliver... [emoji41]

I should have this in about 6 to 7 days time going by previous orders I had
But with lot of Christmas post in transit it would be not unusual to se it arrive quicker or the opposite it take longer

Hopefully it will be the usual time frame and I will have delivery by Monday 8th of December

This release has not shown up available in other stores all stock is from Kimchidvd

It still is an exclusive
There was 2 prints runs
Local 1850 (Korea Market)

International 1850
Total print run 3,700
Noting has changed
We will see if that's the case in a couple of weeks.

I assume there might be 300 copies to be 'non-exclusive' somewhere?
It just looks odd with a 3700 print run, unless they destroyed the other 300 out of the standard 4000 print run.
