I thought there may of been an update by now. I know there are a few of us, who never got any letter and tracking is stuck at Incheon 2nd Dec :(

Thankfully I have now had my order reshipped by Tony. I did as he asked and waited a while longer, so emailed him asking for either refund or reship.

I was amazed that he came back with "he would reship" So have two Iron man lenti's on way to me.

wells thats good to here some of you have been or are being resolved.
i felt the pain where it was all hanging in the air like it was, i suspect apart from ukbf the postal service may have a hand in some of you.
as was right in middle of christmas post was not necessilary best idea to put a release out at that time of year because of christmas hopefully they won't put a release out at that time of year again. you goto hope some lessons have been learnt by tony on this one regard time of release.

No update from bf, not heard a thing.

Am going to send an email to them, but doubt that will change anything

Finding this whole situation increasingly annoying. I never received a letter from BF and when I spoke to Tony he asked if I would be willing to wait a little longer. I duly obliged but have still not heard or received anything and now can't seem to get a reply back from Tony - who had been pretty speedy for me up until that point.

Adding in to my annoyance was the fact that Tony had shipped me a replacement copy of Memento (mine was badly damaged) in with my Iron Man so that has gone missing too. My Dallas Buyer's Club arrived badly damaged as well so when I last emailed Tony I was trying to resolve 3 different issues at once, making it more complicated for me and him no doubt. Must admit, this is putting me off ordering steelbooks from outside the UK/Europe completely as I now have 70-80 quid tied up in damaged or missing steelbooks.

I have asked Tony if he's received any word from BF on this situation but yet to hear anything on the subject from him. The situation is a real farce all around - especially from BF who seemed to have only bothered contacting a handful of people in direct contradiction of due process.

That sounds like a terrible experience--makes me wary of ordering from Kimchidvd...

Has anyone who got the letter from bf had a response as there seems differing replies.

Not heard a thing from Border Force (since the first letter) or Kimchi - expect this will just turn up out of the blue without any explanation - my fingers are just crossed that it arrives in one piece and BF haven't damaged it.

sent my reply back to BF pretty much the day after i received it telling them not to destroy it, they received the letter (as i sent it recorded) but still nothing, they just don't seem to want to reply, they probably burnt/sold them the day after they were confiscated and hoped nobody would complain, and now they just are hoping it will be forgotten, it's easy enough to ignore a letter, hence why there is no email or telephone contact numbers
