Is your IM parcel dispatched special delivery? If you ordered in bulk it should be SD.

Yes. It was a bulk order of 7.

The other lot of 18 that included IM2 and the rest shipped by RMSD was delivered next day.

Unfortuntely, 1st class is not like it used to be with Royal Mail. 1st class now usually takes 3-4 days not the next day like old times. Even my neighbour who is a postman says they only deliver parcels to a house if it's worth delivering to with other stuff.

If it's 7 it might not be Special Delivery, I had a box similar to that and it was not done by SD because it took like 5 days to get to me from dispatch date!

I am still waiting for my final parcel which should had been sent SD because there is a lot in there but its been 3 days now and not turned up....

Last time mine was sent SD, they attempted delivery, but didn't leave a card I only found out when I went to pick up another parcel at the weekend from the depot.

Great news I just received. Just had a phone call from representative at Play.com. They have located all my orders and are safe in the warehouse!! So happy now . It is believed to be 'human error' with the packing of steelbooks as they are not done by machine and hand picked by members of staff. I got to give credit to Play.com who went all the way to find and locate all Iron Man 1 steels safe. Must had been a headache going through so many orders and checking the warehouse.

They will all be dispatched soon and I just need to return all the Iron Man 2's so they can be returned to their rightful owners.

Thank you so much to everyone for offering their support and credit to Play.com for conducting their investigation into this.

Does this mean they are still dispatching orders for IM2 to other ppl? I live in london, and have what I would consider a bulk order, but no SD? I got my dispatch emails monday, and they insist on dispatching IM1 and IM2 seperatly a day apart
