Glad to hear everything was sorted in the end for you Sunny. I used to work in a warehouse that was run by a bunch of monkeys, so stuff was forever going missing... it would sometimes take us days or even weeks to find lost stock/orders. It just goes to show that we all make mistakes, but Play obviously don't mess around when it comes to correcting them. I'm more than impressed with all the effort they've been putting in recently... I seriously can't fault them!

I wonder who pulled those strings.

No wonder no one got their IM1s today. All working on Sunny's problem. The fact they took the time to locate his steels among the clusterf*** that must be the warehouse right about now shows the pull some of the higher-ups have here. Good work.
