Correct. If you look at them both side by side, the feel quality is different as well as the colour. Play.com slightly 'pinkish' red where as the FS version is more of a 'deep' colour red. The FS version is more glossy compared to Play.

Don't think it really bothers many as most don't have the FS version Still a great steelbook.

Something just occurred to me, the reason why Play have such great customer service is that they have a foreign owner, I think someone on here said Japanese! If like they were a British company like HMV then the customer service would be **** (which it is)! This random statement will mean more to the Brits on here, as I'm sure they will know what I mean!

It is owned by Japan (I think they recently took over) but most of their staff is from England as everytime I contacted them I spoke to CS I presume from England. The representative from Play that is dealing with my Iron Man's is from the UK as well.

Some areas have had the post delayed in the U.K because of the Olympics so play deliveries may be taking a bit longer than normal.

Rakuten is a big online retailer in Japan. I have bought from them several times during my 5 stint in Tokyo. Maybe they had enough cash to buy Play. 1 GBP used to be 220~245 JPY, it now is 120~125 JPY. Yen has appreciated by almost 50% Vs. all world currencies since 2008 recession.

I received my IM1 & IM2 yesterday both in perfect condition, but a friend who lives down the next street didn't recieve his. So he ain't happy. I always open all my steelbooks then bag them, but this one looked so nice sealed and was temped to open one and keep one sealed like most of you guys do.
