Also received my IM1 and still waiting for 2 although both were shipped on the same date as yours.

I was in the same situation only reversed. IM2 arrived first but IM didn't arrive until FOUR days later.

Does everyone consider hulk part of the collection? It had no links to the avengers movie, there was no nick fury etc. The actor was different obviously and the film (and sb) will be released with the right actor in a couple of years..

^No I don't consier it part of The Avengers but it's a better looking steelbook and a better film so I'd definitly get it.
Just my 2 cents tho.

I heard that Marvel consider The Incredible Hulk as part of the current Avengers universe.

On the Thor extras, (in the short "the consultant") they mention being asked to allow The Abomination to join the Avengers.

Just had IM1 + 2 delivered in perfect condition. I paid £65 though on ebay, as I thought I'd preordered on play but hadnt. Doh! Expensive mistake, but chuffed I now have both of these beauties.

£65.00 is actually a bargain compared to how much they will cost in 1 years time when everyone has their copy and no more are sold on ebay apart from a few... Like Thor.

Exactly. eBay is flooded with these at the moment and they're still fetching this much. If anyone hasn't got a copy already, I say get one now. The alternative is to wait for a re-release which is possible but maybe not worth the risk. May aswell take the hit and pay the going rate now.

I was on vacation from the 08th of August till today and had a little stack of play.com boxes on my desk. But i did notice there were only 3. But since i ordered 2 of IM & IM 2 there was one package missing.

So i checked and it was one of the IM 1 that is missing. I log onto my account at play.com and in the order history was one IM 1 copy canceled from play . I didn't cancel the item so why in the world does play cancel orders that have been placed on the first day pre-ordering was possible and doesn't even send me a mail?

The campus battle in TIH is referenced in ironman 2, if not mistaken, and Tony Stark meets with General Ross at the end of TIH. So, for me it's part of the Avengers Phase 1.

Supply and demand at work. As supply goes down.. well we'll see how it goes when that happens. For now its looking like a good amount of the pre-orders went to ebay sellers.

I am no expert but judging on the increase in Thor and Captain America, you could end up having a worth of around £70.00 for IM and about £40.00 for IM2.

Just a guess.
