The campus battle in TIH is referenced in ironman 2, if not mistaken, and Tony Stark meets with General Ross at the end of TIH. So, for me it's part of the Avengers Phase 1.

He did meet up with him, but obviously the actors changed so :dunno:
They messed up on continuity, there's a news report at the end of IM2, the same one as shown in Hulk:

I'm guessing they don't show old news over at shield. Moreover, why didn't they enlist IM to help out with the campus problem  Also the Hulk is all over the extras for IM2. Imagine they were gonna cast E.N. for the avengers?

I was on vacation from the 08th of August till today and had a little stack of play.com boxes on my desk. But i did notice there were only 3. But since i ordered 2 of IM & IM 2 there was one package missing.

So i checked and it was one of the IM 1 that is missing. I log onto my account at play.com and in the order history was one IM 1 copy canceled from play . I didn't cancel the item so why in the world does play cancel orders that have been placed on the first day pre-ordering was possible and doesn't even send me a mail?

This makes no sense, when it went OOS play carried the message on their website but still allowed you to order? I ordered 2 at the time but my comments were removed due to quantity ordered being stated. According to the rules, I'm allowed to say I order 3 or less, and I ordered 2, so can't be sure why the comments were removed? But, I got the 2 I ordered after they were OOS :giggle:

Could it be that they are stuck with customs? I had this with a play.com order before and I only received a letter from them about 3 weeks after dispatch and I had to pick them up there and pay taxes (19%) !! Since these are sent from the Jersey Islands (non EU), the same rules apply as for the US/Canada. Since then I only ever ordered individual steelbooks and no bulk orders....with a value of under 20 Euros or so, German customs don't bother!

Same here
Now let's hope that german postal offices are to blame for that :ohno:

Could be held at customs BUT it is a single Steelbook order, so only €14,99 value and the small box

And when they already knew about missing Iron Man's in the post they put some more up for sale...
But that was discussed enough i guess!

you guys are not alone, i have friends who havent got all there IM orders so its either play "not" sending them all or we all have dodgy postal workers lol.

I agree there are just way too many of these going missing (mine were a 'few' IM2s) for it to be a coincidence, quite funny how they had them on the website for twice the price but can't replace lost ones

Yeah, they should refund the "current" value, not the initial order price...

This is what has happened, I had 'X' amount lost. I had to buy them more for 'X+X' amount. They would not send replacements for the lost IM's and end up paying a lot more. What is worst at the moment I am even disputing all of my refunds for original missing IM's.

I found it wierd when I called that they didnt even seem bothered or suprised when I told them they just said my refund would be back in my account in 3-5 days

Well, good news - no customs, (really) bad news - it's probably lost then

They are definitively held at customs. You can tell from the green sticker on the box.

I am still waiting for five of the last wave (incl. Iron Man 2) to arrive.

Sometimes it even takes up to four weeks.

That's really ridiculous because boxes from Amazon.co.uk only take approx. 2 days and are not held by customs.
