They are definitively held at customs. You can tell from the green sticker on the box.

I am still waiting for five of the last wave (incl. Iron Man 2) to arrive.

Sometimes it even takes up to four weeks.

That's really ridiculous because boxes from Amazon.co.uk only take approx. 2 days and are not held by customs.

There are charges for orders with a value (price + shipping) over 22€, so be aware! (in Germany)

No not really off topic, you want to know if your getting the steel or not and if anyone else is in the similar situation. I think we all know what this looks like and how great this steel is, we don't need to go and discuss that all over again lol.

I am waiting every day anxiously for the postman and get just a bit frustrated when he doesn't leave any of these small white boxes.

I believe the package was never sent and mistakenly 'dispatched' in their warehouse.

I've been with Play.com for 11 years and every single package has always arrived on time. If it doesn't it is lost. The package that was 'lost' in regards to IM's, put it this way there was more than 3, enough to go into a bigger box and sent special delivery, and never arrived, but the status was 'dispatched'. Completely agree I remember having VHS off them back in the day and have never known problems like this one

I heard a rumor....that half were printed right and half were wrong. Just wanted to see if this was true.
