There are a couple on there worth watching...Thanks. Is it just me or does peeve anyone else the people that show pics with like 10-20 copies selling for an outrageous price. People wonder why these went OOS so fast...not that I even knew what steelbooks were when these released. lol

I'm still bothered with the fact that Play.com messed up the inside artwork with this steelbook and Iron Man 2. That's why I don't consider this one being that awesome steelbook even though it's still "nice".

That's the only downside for me as well.

They inverted IM and IM2 inside artwork.

When they noticed their error, it was too late...

Paramount is fond of reprints.

This error guarantees the uniqueness of this edition going forward.

I can't see any negatives to this.

Well one thing is for sure, now that I know about steelbooks and where to acquire them from I won't have this problem going forward.

You and me both...one can only hope for a re-release of these at some point in time.

I know some people would be against but honestly I am not in this for collectors reasons, I just figure if I can get a different edition with some nice alternative artwork for a little more money why not.

I'm all for an IM1 reprint as well, even though I know its not a popular opinion.

Missing out on the FS IM1 was my fault, but I'm still salty that I got screwed out of my Play IM1 group buy copy

I have all the Marvels but that one, the competitionist in me hates it haha.

Couldn't agree more. If you collect steelbooks, there are certain titles you simply have to have. This is one of them.

I sent a message to zavvi on twitter suggesting this and Thor as reprints seeing as they're doing Star Trek - he/she agreed they'd like to see them too and said they'd pass it on to the relevant people. Not holding my breath though.

I think it's unlikely they'll reprint these anytime soon. Thor had the same artwork everywhere and was released worldwide in huge numbers. This version of Iron Man isn't even a year old so I presume there would still be some exclusivity in place since Play are still around (albeit in a different form).

Down the line almost everything will get reprinted. I just can't see these happening anytime soon.
