This was the steelbook which got me addicted to collecting them.still one of my favourites in my collection,and I'm sure it always will be

Don't worry, this will be worth every penny when you have the trilogy. We got a good deal.

Once IM3 is out, it will £100+ for each of these within no time.

The seller has excellent feedback and has sold quite a few IM steels, at higher prices than we paid.

If you're right about the value going up by the end of the year then I tip my hat to you .
I just hope I het my hands on IM3 before it sells out.

I usually open all my steelbooks. At the moment only my Roger Rabbit and my 50th Annivesary copy of Psycho are sealed. Having the amaray's, I don't feel the need to open them.

But these will be staying sealed:locked:. Together with my Blufans and other exclusives. Not for re-sell purposes, I just like the special editions sealed.

Can see all the artwork via unboxings on youtube. Not the same I know,but it helps.

Look at their pricing of Iron Man 1 and 2 Play.com Steelbooks. About 50+ available.

ive got some good news.

Luke has replied to my emial this morning:

Hi Jamie,



Thanks for your email.



We didn’t think we had any Iron Man steelbooks available, but looking at our systems it appears there are a few that have popped up in our warehouse. The £250 price is the default price we upload every title at before the correct price is entered – this is essentially to make sure no one buys it before we correct the pricing. We don’t genuinely expect anyone to buy anything at this price, but we do have some titles which fetch around £200, hence why the default is set so high – you can see a number of other single DVDs that are currently priced like this!



Realistically these won’t be price corrected until Tuesday, as I’m not really sure where they came from (or indeed what condition they are in).
