I had a bad experience with an ebay seller and recieved a damaged iron man steelbook, I posted on this thread my mis fortune and a amazing member here pm'd me and offered me 1 & 2 at a great price.. I just wanted to show everyone the pictures and say an enormous thank you to the hdn member, TheWorz.. he is without a doubt what makes this forum a joy to be a part of.. I'll be forever greatful Worz.. I am now a proud owner of all the uk iron man steels

Although if they do it won't be anywhere near the quality of this or any of the paramount marvel steels as Disney now have the rights and we all know what their marvel steelbooks are like.

Lots of steelbook fans missed out when originally released and there is now lot of new steelbook collectors
who would love to own both Iron Man and Iron Man 2 Steelbooks


I would of course understand the previous steelbook owners would not like to see another steelbook happen but end of the day they would sell if released again and with different artwork

If Zavvi went with a limited run of 2000-3000 they would sell out very fast
and usual 4000 limited run would also sell out especially if both were
2 disc versions each including the extras discs

for sure they would sell out,they wouldn't have to do a small print run since there's no point...they can sell them out at 4k because they are far more popular and superior movies IMHO then thor and captain america.

I definitely belong to the camp that doesn't want "certain" steels re-released. Iron Man 1/2 are in the top 5 of that list.

That being said, the Thor and Cap A re-issues from Zavvi haven't changed the values of the originals as the new versions are vastly inferior to the originals. If Zavvi want to make a couple of cheap arse matte finish pieces of junk for those that missed the grail versions I wouldn't ***** too much lol. If they pulled another Star Trek they will get a barrage of abuse
