overall I think this is really nice steelbook, even I'd always prefer gloss finish but this one has a nice quality of matte finish to it, and the lenticular is really nice (my copy has a lot of scratches... bummer!) but small let down that with that price I think they could just easily add the 2nd bonus Disc...

Im the same, i really like it and the lenticular. I converted mine into a 2 disc holder. Thing is i still wont sell my original play.com/HMV marvel steels as they are awesome too, having double's of movies drives me nuts lol

I ordered the zavvi renegade zbox/Iron man lenticular steelbook a few months back when it went live because back then it appeared the steelbook would only be exclusive to the deal.
They sent the zbox a long time ago and then a couple of weeks ago I received the Iron Man steelbook, when I opened the package I found a dent on the back so contacted customer services for a replacement steelbook.
I got a returns label emailed to me within a day or two but was wrong as it stated I wanted a refund, I contacted them again to correct this and received another email had a returns form which specifically stated a replacement for the Iron man steelbook, I packaged the steelbook up with the returns label and posted it back to zavvi. I got an email saying they received the item and a day or two later a despatch email with a tracking code. I thought it was odd that they sent the parcel via a tracked service but assumed it would be the steelbook. When is arrived to my dismay they had sent me a second duplicate zbox filled with all the same crap that was in it before.
Only zavvi could make sure a moronic mistake.
I emailed them Wednesday night when I received it after work explaining the whole situation again and telling them I want my steelbook and a prepaid returns label for the zbox if I had to send it back, come Thursday no response, I emailed them again last night and still no response. I haven't known zavvi to take more than a two days to respond to a complaint and now im quite frustrated and anxious as what to do. I think they know they've screwed me over whether accidently or deliberately and I dont know what action to take, ive spent £40 on a bundle for a steelbook and now have two boxes of tat, one of which I shouldnt have.
Im going to email them again tonight but if they dont respond I dont know what action to take, has anyone had a similar issue or can advise me further?

You should've just sent back the lot (both Z Boxes AND the steelbook) for a full refund, and just bought the steelbook again on its own!!Literally just got a response from customer service which is weird as their operating hours are 8am-8pm, they basically sent me a prepaid returns label and said a refund will be processed when the zbox is received back to them and the issue with the steelbook will be forwarded onto the relevant department. Just wondering now how much ill get refund...
